About Zach Adams

Zach Adams grew up in the Calvary Chapel movement. In 1980, his father, Sandy Adams, planted one of the first Calvary Chapels in the South in Stone Mountain, Georgia. Zach went on to graduate from Calvary Chapel Bible College with a degree in theology.

He then returned to his home church and spent the next decade serving alongside his father as youth pastor.

On January 1, 2013, Zach left Calvary Chapel Stone Mountain, the church he grew up in, and stepped into a new chapter as the founding lead pastor of the newly launched Calvary316 in Winder, Georgia. After a decade of serving beside his father as youth pastor, it was a bold step of faith. Today, Calvary316 is a church committed to teaching the Bible verse by verse and building a family of believers who love God and love each other. Zach leads the church each Sunday at 10:30 AM, where he continues to teach God’s Word.

In 2016, Zach launched Outlaw Radio, a live, unscripted Bible study and podcast. Every Wednesday at 8 PM Eastern, he opens the Bible and talks honestly about what’s happening in the world, tackling trending topics through the lens of Scripture. What started as a simple idea has grown into a live-streamed show and podcast, and you can watch live on YouTube or listen anywhere you get your podcasts.

Zach lives in Bold Springs, Georgia, with his wife, Jessica, and their three children, Quincy, Theodore, and Mabel. Follow Pastor Zach on X @ZachAdams or Facebook.com/ZachAdams.
